Property ads can be stored online until ready to rent then can be switched on with no need to reload information. There is no limit to the number of properties one can post for free on the site.
“Pre-advertise” vacancies! When you know a vacancy is coming up but it’s not yet available or quite fixed up for the market, advertise it on HousingConnections.org as “Coming Soon” or “Available within 1-2 months” and get the phone ringing early to avoid costly turnover time.
Ads do expire on the site to assure currently available inventory is shown in search results, but it’s never purged – simply login and update your availability as needed to keep your property advertised and continue utilizing this free service. There’s no need to repost your ads repeated as with some free online services.
Post as many pictures as you like (more than 4 may slow those searching via a dial-up connection but there is no limit); post your screening criteria, rental ap, or floor plan, too!

This site is worldwide and lists properties for FREE for 7 days. Register on this site to obtain an account and then you can repost ads daily to get add to show at top of date list. Over 5,000 properties are currently listed in the portland area. Your ad remaing on Craigs list and does not have to be reloaded. You can repost at any time.
Make sure to add the 4 pictures allowed. Craigs list also allows additional HTML code to be added for more details, or links to landlords properties web sites so you can put more pictures of your property hosted from your Internet Service Provider .
If you have a web site you can link from Craigs list to your web site for more details. Craigs list seems to be where mose of the advertising action is as it is city specific, worldwide and free. Rentals or housing for sale can be posted to Craigs list (or anything else for sale).

Willamette Week Classified Free This is a free site online, but charges if you want to have a hard copy print ad. Ads are good for one week and can be renewed. $35 / week, $95 for four weeks in Willamette Week Newspaper hard copy.
You can embed HTML code in page to add photos and text effects and link to your web page.
Page must be renewed Every week.
You can upload up to three photos.
